The Jazz Butcher Conspiracy : Mailing List : 1998

The A.B.C.'s of D.R.I.N.K.

The book is good - speaks truth about drugs and doesn't lump all drugs into the same category as heroin.

But I got a kick out of the section on Amphetamines:

"Stimulants tend to make you less aware of the effects of alcohol, and this can lead to excessive drinking and all that entails."

If anyone doubted that Max wrote the book, that sounds like proof!
